About Us

Lerani was founded by 22-year-old Suhani Girotra, who comes from an economics background and a love for clothing that feels feminine, effortless and easy to wear.

What started as a small idea slowly turned into late nights, fabric sourcing, endless fittings, sample corrections and learning every part of the process from scratch. Lerani was built with the intention of creating pieces that feel special without trying too hard.

Every Lerani piece is made in India with the help of local karigars, tailors and fabric vendors. From sampling to stitching to finishing, we work closely with small makers and local production units to bring each design to life thoughtfully and in small quantities.

We believe in pieces that are wearable, flattering and made to be lived in - the kind you wear on holiday, to dinner, on a summer afternoon, or just because you want to feel good.
