At Lerani, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully curated to meet our quality standards. As a growing, homegrown fashion brand, we focus on delivering well-crafted products and a meaningful shopping experience to our customers.

We encourage you to review product details and size guides carefully before placing your order. However, if you face any issues, our team is here to assist you.

 

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original labels and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be in resalable condition

  • The request must be approved by our team before shipping

Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - name - order number'. 

Kindly mention your order number and reason for exchange with relevant pictures in your message. 


Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive exchange instructions from our team.

  • Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our warehouse through a reliable courier service. Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels will not be accepted.

  • After we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be dispatched with no additional courier charges.

  • We only send the exchanged package free of cost once, post that there would be an additional charge of 100

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for your convenience.

 

No Refund Policy

At present, Lerani does not offer refunds.

As a growing, independent fashion brand, we currently operate on a made-to-order and small-batch production model. 

Because of this structure, we are unable to process refunds at this stage. However, we do offer exchanges to ensure our customers have a satisfactory experience.

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we aim to introduce a refund option in the future.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we build Lerani together.

 

Please Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.

  • We are not responsible for courier related delays, but will ensure it reaches you the as soon as possible!

  • Lerani reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet our policy guidelines

  • If you’ve received a damaged item, please email us immediately with clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original packaging.
